Due to a funding issue New Carlisle Performing Arts was required to drop its sponsorship of NC Vanguard Groups. For eight seasons NC Vanguard Drum and Bugle Corps has been the pride of New Carlisle and has done well representing on the national stage.

A sponsor has been found however, just down the road at the New Carlisle Military Academy. NCMA will be taking up the Corps next season and will bring a new style and element to FMA.
