I am LithiumNitro, executive director and CEO of the Rose City Performance Art Association (RCPAA) based in Portland, Oregon and Seoul, South Korea. We aim to provide the youth of the Pacific Northwest, South Korea, surrounding regions with performance opportunities and skills that will last a lifetime.
