I fear the possibility of inviting an ensemble into my league more than once, and I would hate to flood someone's inbox with invite requests. Would it be possible to indicate if an invite is pending if the user still has an accept/decline message in their inbox? This would eliminate redundant invites.

I noticed this when I was invited to MBI and as I was inviting people is that the notice that you invited them doesn't stay.
