I haven't seen Spirit yet but I heard the show was better than last few and had potential, they just have a lot of work today...so my issue is--I hear ans think that about SCV and I think no problem--proven they can do it before...I hear that about Spirirt..alarms go off...

well for some reason.. unless they have made changes... spirit starts soooooooooooooooo much later than the other corps... like a month later or something? then they rush through getting it on the field... and thats why they cant do more intricate drill (ive always hated their drill even when Michael Gaines did it and I love his drill) which is probably why they look so dirty

Saw Madison live this past weekend. They really put on a show. Can't wait to see it at the end of the season.

so CLASS is dominating once again! Division I we have 7 of the top 12 corps in the nation! This includes the current battle for number 1! Nemesis gave Sapphire Vanguard their first loss of the season last night!

In Division II we have 3 of the top 12 and in Division III we have the number two spot!

I could still be in the top 5 if I wasn't so inactive last week. I was going crazy with the amount of school work I had. Taking a class that normally has 4 months in it for only 19 days sucks. Especially when its a writing class.

Well, seems that I'm getting back up there in Corps. Maybe I can get back to my happy place in 5th if I can keep up the rehearsing?

I might just make finals this year! Madison's show appealed to me like nothing I've seen in years. I absolutely love it. Plus I have friends marching in Cadets and Cavaliers, and I'd love to see one of them take it all!

I think you have a pretty good shot with Cadets and Cavies! I honestly am all about the Cadets and Phantom--always have been. However I just love to see a great show no matter who it is and I try to support all corps that get me. That usually is NOT the Cavies LOL BUT I must admit, I actually like this year especially after disliking last year so much. I even have a friend who is like an alternate or something for Cavies and I paid for his trip even LOL That was love considering he switched to Cavies LOL

I havent seen the Madison show other than online and I guess i am missing the parts that people say are so touching. I mean they are pure Madison and I love it, but I did see anything that made me want to cry.

Madison is by far my favorite show this year. Saw it in Muncie and it just blew me away. I can't imagine what it will be like once it's all cleaned up for finals too.

this might be one of the most exciting conclusions in FMA history in Division 1!

In an effort to encourage a few folks to move their events forward in the season to spread things out, I am offering to host during the first week this season. I will pick a day that is available after a few of you have selected. Going forward corps who host in the first week only have to hold CLASS spots 48 hours after announcing that their show is posted and open. That way they have a chance to fill their show. Corps in the subsequent weeks should wait at least 72 hours after announcing their show before opening to other corps.

This season we will start voting for host cities. These will include a South, East, West and MIdwest host city (Midwest is the finals location this next season). I wil accept nominations until Sunday. We will then vote until next Friday.
