How is the attendance of a competition determined

In order to make money as an event host, you need to get people to come to your event. After you create your event, you will notice that a "Manage Applications" link appears on your Director Overview. Here you will find a list of all applicants to your event. When you confirm an applicant, fans of that group will start buying tickets to your event! The amount of attendees a group brings in is affected by their influence.

It may sound easy, but hosting can carry some risks. Here are some things to keep in mind:

Lower ticket prices will generally get more attendees, even if the influence of the performing groups is low
Higher ticket prices require higher influence groups to get attendees

All money from hosting will be distributed at the END of the season!
