I'm a pretty new drum corps kid. Marched Dutch Boy as drum majour in 2008. Great year for us, first year of the new world/open classes.

It must have been fate, too-- my birth year (1990) was the only year the big corps ever made finals.

I will hopefully be adding Cadets2 to my corps experience this next year.

Unfortunately I never marched... Got too wrapped up in my practice routine and was afraid of messing up my chops. It's not like that turned out badly for me, but I know it's one of those things I'm always going to regret because this past season was my age out year.

BTW Mceuph, my GF and I were screaming for Troop last night-- shame they didn't make it, I loved their show.

and 2009 was AMAZING too. I have the poster. Plan on getting The Long Road Home poster next year.
