Holy Guacamole. What an off-season already, and it's only been a month!

Former Santa Clara Vanguard brass guru Andre Feagin has been announced as the new brass caption head for The Academy.

J.D Shaw departs Phantom Regiment and becomes brass arranger for Santa Clara Vanguard, reuniting with Paul Rennick.

George Wozniak departs Bluecoats and become brass caption head for SCV.

Lee Beddis becomes battery arranger for Madison Scouts.

Bluecoats have new staff in Daniel Wiles (visual coordinator) & Dean Westman (music coordinator).

Don Hill has assumed the role of brass arranger left by J.D. Shaw with Phantom Regiment.

Randy Blackburn has resigned his role as executive director of Teal Sound.

Glen Crosby (percussion) goes from Academy to Blue Knights.

Michael Gaines has left the Cavaliers. Rumor has it he will become the new visual head for Santa Clara Vanguard.

Cavaliers are wounded without Michael Gaines. Thats huge.

Key Poulan has left Santa Clara Vanguard A corps and is now the brass arranger for the Glassmen (he also remains the arranger for the SCV Cadets).

Thom Hannum will arrange percussion for Carolina Crown in 2012.

A few staff have also left Crown to go to Madison. It's possible Scott Atchison (brass) might not be staying at Cavaliers as well.

Certainly a lot of change up's and should make next season rather interesting. As of right now, I wouldn't put it past SCV right now to make a run for the title.

Not with the hornline talent they had last year, but they might get a whole new set of people in now. It would be nice to see them in the top 3

I highly doubt that Wazniak will tolerate any of that playing.
