I'll go with those that haven't made semi-finals (before last years modifications to 25).
First I really have enjoyed Pacific Crest. A lot of fun shows and have pretty much always been on the verge of breaking out into something even better.
I've also really come to enjoy the Mandarins recently and think their show "Absolute" should have completely dismantled the Crossmen that year. Another Corps that I really look forward to seeing in the coming years.

Blue Devils B!! Ok maybe they are open class, but they still compete against the lower world class corps :D

Crossmen really stood out to me with their show last year. And although Spirit made Finals last year, they generally are outside the top 12, and I regularly enjoy their sound.

I loved Academy last year. I thought they should've made finals.

Me too, Vinny. I've been waiting for about five years for The Academy to find that extra gear and push into Finals. The seem to be stuck in that 13th-17th rut that the Boston Crusaders were in for so many years before breaking through in 1999.

Speaking of bottoms I wouldn't mind if a few guards started wearing those 70s hot pants again.

The return of the Phantomettes was much welcomed so I see no reason to deny the hot pants

To this day, Phantom's 1993 and 1994 guards hold a special place in my... heart.

I know that they've made finals the past two years, but generally they don't. So I pick Spirit of Atlanta. Great sound, interesting show concepts (to me) and a very fun to watch corps.
If I ever go to Drum Corps, I'll most likely try out for them first.

I have to say there is not a bottom corps I do not like but my top three would include Troopers, The Academy, and Pioneer. I like the Troopers for two reasons the first being of the letter they sent to stand up to George Hopkins, and their 2009 show if you haven't seen that one I highly recommend it.
