The founder of the KMEA-C league has been AWOL, and so there is no one to make league events. The question is: is there any way to have a Board member create events?

I can change the Founder to a board member if the current Founder is inactive. Have a board member send me a PM.

Or just join somewhere else.

Or here is a thought, since there is a "board", why not have them hold something such as a "decline in leadership" vote. This is where board members vote on if the current leader is doing a good job, if they do not think so they vote on someone else to become a new leader. Just an idea.

yes. just go to your group on your profile and it should be right next to your league's name.
