As an instructor, I know how easy it is for a bad staff member to slip into a program. I also know how as a director sometimes you need to toggle the importance of funds back and forth between salaries and ensemble needs... I propose the ability to fire staff members and receive half the money you paid back (or possibly scale the amount to however far along the season is). What do you guys think about this idea???

I think it would be kinda interesting, but at higher levels, you'd be losing a HUGE amount of points from staff members. Right now none of my staff are less than level 20 so I would drop a lot from firing even one staff member... An interesting thought though...

what would be the point though? you only use money for hosting and hiring staff
