I know that. Exchange rate is currently $0.0011 for every coin. The community however is really good, and accepting cryptocurrency of any kind would make it much easier to accept donations (I too am not particularly fond of PayPal). However, Dogecoin makes much more sense than Bitcoin perhaps (the value dropped dramatically after a major exchange, Mt. Gox, went bankrupt.
