Fellow Competitors and Bands across the Web,

No matter what division any band may fall in, the most important thing behind them is the drive to be their best and the want to reach the most of what they are capable.
As this season draws to an end, Daniel and I would like to offer our condolences to each and every band competing tomorrow night in the first round of Preliminary Competition. May the best effort be put forth and may everything you have been working towards this season pay off in dividends that can be multiplied for seasons to come.
Daniel and I took this new job with the Lincoln Arts Academy on such short notice at the beginning of the season. Everything has fallen right into place and Division 3 deserves a special salute to all the awesome bands and people behind them. It takes a great person, leader, and teacher to have such outstanding programs as these. We know someday that Division 1 will be in the hands of great programs.
Keep up the work, as the season is not quite over yet! May the best of luck come to you and your hard work. Never give up and never stop dreaming. May the best band win!
