Ladies and gentlemen I am proud to announce that DownBeat Percussion will be returning to the original name of "Impact Percussion". After a survey done among the members of the group as well as the staff, the decision was made nearly unanimously to change this group's name back. Many members felt as if "DownBeat" simply didn't feel right. Furthermore, a member even went as far as to say the group was not performing as well with the name!

All in all I am very excited to announce the name change. Hopefully this name change will help the members become more in-tune with the excellence achieved by the group in the past.
