Hey how do you get into a higher division? Ex. 3 to 2?

Every season a band recieves Experience and Influence. These two items can be found on the Director Overview screen along with Director Level, Energy, Money and Skill Points. Every season, based on the results of FMA Championships and the successful collection of enough points in the Experience and Influence category Divisions will divided up on the First Thursday of every competitive season. Everyone starts out in Division 3 just to give you a feel for the game and how things work and after that everything else is history.

So, if you are successful this year, or rehearse well enough to gain points in the two categories then you should see your Division placement rise every season.
