What a great CLASS Championship yet again with the best drum corps around the country in attendance!

In Div 3 it was only 2 corps but many seasons CLASS hasnt even had Div 3 corps so we were very pleased to have Pride of Peachtree and Wave! Peachtree's show the Wall won the show and is enough to put the corps in top 12 currently! the corps actually would have come in top 3 in division 2 and the crowd was impressed with the corps GE maturity.

Speaking of Div 2, it was all Revolution as they won every caption as the corps presented "Every Passion Has Its Destiny". the corps is so well balanced its hard to decide what area really stands out. They are still in the thick of the hunt for overall world champ! .225 is all thats between them and GOLD! It will be exciting to see what they can pull off in these last few days!

IN Division 1 it was no surprise who would take the top seat though there is a corps creeping up! Bluecoats took their 3rd straight CLASS title. Nemesis who has had to settle for silver in Bluecoats shadow may be stuck there again, but they are making a move. The Dark Road Home has been a bit of a departure for them and the crowd has loved it, but will it peak right when needed or will it be stuck on a bumpy road? meanwhile Bluecoats another Victory Lap shows just how confident this corps is and maybe rightfully so. while the performances get closer, Bluecoats have the edge there--but Nemesis has the GE! if they can pull those performance scores up, look out! There isn't one but two dark-horses in this race though! Leviathan had been in 3rd much of the season, but had to settle for 4th at CLASS Champs. Unheard Connotations is certainly far off their typical show considering its Copland and it has paid off--but did it reach its max potential too early? the corps they are pretty even-keel with though is a multiple World Champion who is always in the medal round. Their show is such a secret, it has to be seen to even be explained but with some of the stringest GE and ensembles scores in the field and a history of late season surges, they likely have at minimum another bronze locked up! as if the top 4 wasn't enough, CLASS has some great representation across the field. One of my favorite shows of the season isn't even in the top 12--The Masters of Mystique - The Dawn of Modern Music by Holy Regiment--what a great show!
