Academy has been a great corps for years, the staff just wasn't giving them the right instrument. Last year was a great example of how good they are but that show lagged...finally they have a very good show with the great corps and boom, here they are.

Madison show wasn't bad and per norm had some great screechers! However visually the show lacked too much and once Boston finally put it in high gear, look out!

The show that isn't my favorite but is performed so well and improved at an astronomical level is Blue Knights....they started the season ROUGH and man look at them now.

I love Vanguard, I'd love to see them beat Blue Devils, but I think it's time for another new champion. Bluecoats owned the season on so many levels, no one deserves it more.

Bridgemen!!! Did anyone see their standstill of In the Stone? They are the true creators of today's drum corps with their theatrics.

Whoa what a top three. I want Crown to win the most, think Bluecoats deserve it the most, and to be honest this was my favorite Blue Devils show in a long time, maybe ever. I especially loved their use of trombone. A Blue Devils win would not irritate me the way it did last year. They finally found a way to play to the judges AND the audience. Loved it.

Also HOLY CAVALIERS Batman. Amazing show.
