Can't manage applications

I've noticed that I can't manage the applications for the events I'm hosting with my MB, CG, and DL. My DC has no problem with that, possibly because I didn't host an event with my corps last season. With the other groups, though, if I click "manage applications" I just get a notice saying my event has already occured.
