People have been asking about the "rules" regarding this. I have no problem with people creating new users for special group events. At some point I'd like to create group pages with public/private forums and the ability to add events.

The only thing I'll say is that it would be nice if these "spare" users were clearly marked. The username should be something that represents its purpose i.e. "MidwestCombineRegionals". And maybe put something in the description about its purpose.

Whew. I forgot to ask when I made the groups for the NE, but they are clearly marked as such. :D
