For week 3, the applications my groups have submitted is including the decline applications for some reason. That means that even though I only have 14 confirmed shows for all my groups, it thinks my schedule is full and I cannot add any more shows.

Actually, the math just straight up is not adding up. My drumline has 4 confirmed, 1 application remaining, drumline has 4 confirmed, 1 remaining, guard has 3 confirmed, 1 remaining, and marching band has 3 confirmed, 2 remaining. There are no pending applications and I cannot apply for any more shows.

it is also allowing people to keep applying to my event even if it is already full with the max players accepted.
