Alright. I'm currently working, as my previous thread in this section will show, on a show about pirates. I have three out of four movements ready and complete, but the last one has me stumped, and I want some suggestions from you, the FMA community.

The fourth movement will begin with a drum break in the background to a fight scene in the guard between the titular pirates and the main antagonists, forces of law and order of some sort. The drum break launches rather suddenly into the shout chorus from Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture, symbolizing the victory of the pirates over their enemies and echoing the on-field warmup selection (the Russian chant that Tchaikovsky used for this piece). Here's my problem: I don't know what to do from there. Currently, I'm thinking of just continuing with 1812, going into the finale that everyone knows, though I really think that will be confusing because of its associations with Russia and land combat, neither of which are associated with pirates. Should I find something else, either new or previously used in the show, or finish out 1812 after all?

For perspective, here are the selections for Movements 1-3.
Warmup - "Spasi Gospodi Ljudi Tvoja" - Obikhod Chant
1 - Overture to "HMS Pinafore" - Arthur Sullivan
2 - "It's of a Sailor Bold" - traditional
3 - "Oh Better Far To Live and Die" - WS Gilbert & Arthur Sullivan
March from "Funeral Music for Queen Mary" - Henry Purcell
The Infernal Dance of King Kashtei from "Firebird" - Stravinsky
