Fantasy Marching Arts LIVE Drum Corps

Rules:

Each Fantasy Corps will choose 8 Live corps to represent them in 8 captions: GE1, GE2, Visual Proficiency (VP), Visual Analysis (VA), Color Guard (CG), Brass (B), Music Analysis (MA) and Percussion (P) (the same as DCI).
The same as DCI, GE will be worth 40 points; Visual Total 30 points (VP, VA, CG); Music Total 30 points (B, MA, P)

Each corps will have a max amount of points to use towards those captions and each caption MUST have points assigned to them.

There will be 2 shows a week (other than kick off week and finals which will have 1 and 3), one Saturday and one Sunday using the most recent live scores (Saturday will use scores from the week and Sunday will use Saturday nights scores - if a corps did not compete, the most recent scores will be used). Finals week there will be a Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Championships.

No two corps can have the same 8 captions - if 2 corps do have the same captions, whoever submitted first will keep it and the other will be notified to change at least one caption.

Shows will be:
June 29th Drums Along The Rockies
July 5th and 6th - Show of Shows Rockford IL and Whitewater Classic WI
July 12th and 13th - Drums Across the Desert Mesa AZ and DCI at the Rose Bowl Pasadena CA
July 19th and 20th - DCI Houston and DCI Southwestern Championships San Antonio TX
July 26th and 27th - DCI Nashville TN and DCI Southeastern Championships Atlanta GA
August 2nd and 3rd - FMA Eastern Classic Allentown PA
August 8th, 9th and 10th (Quarterfinals, Semifinals, Finals) Indianapolis IN

During finals week if a “live corps” doesn't make it to the next level, we will use their previous score (no generated scores). The first shows there could be corps that have not yet competed and do not have scores. For these initial shows, scores will be generated from previous years scores until that corps competes.

Captions can be submitted starting June 14th and must be submitted by July 1st (week one is optional for testing).

Caption changes: If you choose, you can make caption changes on the following schedule:
ALL captions can be changed at any time up until July 1st
3 between July 14th and July 18th
3 more between July 28th and July 31st
2 changes between quarters and semis and 2 between semis and finals
all changes must be in by midnight EST
