I sort of lumped this in with the rehearsal actions, thinking that working on Music GE for example might include making some music changes. It might be interesting to think about how this could be implemented outside of that though.

Like a fee for firing the drill writer / music writer etc. and hiring a new one for a fee which gets you more points ?
