Hey everyone! My name is Stephen Novak, and I will be (one of) your staff writer(s) for the drumline circuit! I'm very excited about getting down to business, so let's get this introduction out of the way.

I reside in North-Eastern Ohio. I'm a sophomore at my local high school, and I play tuba. I also enjoy singing and dancing, I was the lead in our school's musical this year. Charlie Brown that is, which works, because my head is huge.

I am huge into DCI. My top three favourite corps this year are Phantom Regiment, Boston Crusaders, and Glassmen, but I really love all the corps in every class. Each corps has something to offer to their class. I plan on auditioning for Glassmen this summer, and due to my age and physical stature, do not expect to make it, but getting experience in the activity is my number one priority.

Hey, I'm the other writer. My name is Matthew Allan and some of you may have seen me on Micro Marching. I live in southern California and I'm about to transfer to Cal State LA this fall as a music major (I LOVE composing the most). I'm a huge fan of DCI (In fact, I'm heading to the Walnut show tonight). My favorite corps right now are Santa Clara Vanguard and Carolina Crown, but I like all the corps overall. We'll hopefully do our jobs well as writers and keep you filled in on the drumline circuit this season.
