Everyone should be on hall of fame FOREVER in a different place every day,every month, every year!!!AND you should really post more places, and the place should be by band shows!!!!

Sorry to revive such an old thread, but have there been any additions to the HOF since 2011? I'm sure there are many worthy contenders!

Since the introduction of the PEARL Hall of Fame, I've been thinking about the FMA Hall of Fame, and I'm glad I found this feed. We need to get another election going soon. There are plenty of deserving candidates that have strengthened/created their history since 2011.

I agree. Many have been here since the start of Fantasy Marching Band.

I am glad there is interest in getting this going again...I think it is very much needed and a great idea to revivie it! We can do better than 3 members! Maybe a little TOO elite of a group right now LOL

How did they get picked?

They were picked by myself, gcurrier, and echstrumpet8. We decided to revive the HoF, so we chose the first canidates for this season. There will be others that we consider in 3 seasons as well. It was very hard to come up with a list though, as FMA has many great directors in it.

Our picks were mostly based off D1 Golds and the ever-mysterious Director Rating.

We started a much larger list and obviously could have been much larger and then widdled our way back. I removed myself from this round as we re introduce the idea. Hopefully it will catch on and all the deserving directors can get added.

Nope we have only had two votes and I stepped out of both since I was helping coordinate... felt wrong

We're gonna have to block Gary from discussing the next election so he can be eligible.

So far 11 people have voted, including me. Its looking pretty close between two directors at the moment. Hopefully more people vote by the end of the season.

These guys really got it going anyway...I'm fine contributing nominees and ideas going forward and letting them run with it regardless! They have great ideas and are passionate about it so in great hands!
