Once named Sounds of the Appalachian Mountains, this Festival has matured over time and is sure to bring the excitement and pageantry of Marching Bands across the USA. David M. Smith, founder of Turner High Band and the Appalachian Mountains Festival, brings you a delighted home town festival, with a exhibition from the Cresent Valley Drum and Bugle Corps.
