Here is the performance schedule for PERC Championships one week from now at the University of New Mexico. It was determined by the results of Sunday's regional at the University of Wyoming. Groups that did not perform at Wyoming but are going to championships perform at the beginning or end of their division group.

I posted this in the DRUMS thread. I'd like your feedback

"I want to attempt DRUMS vs PERC in season 58. I'm thinking maybe DRUMS and PERC can set our league events on the same days and can go by the scores for those days. We could use tier 6 events, and just in case we don't have the same amount of participants, we only use the amount of participants for that day. For instance, if DRUMS only has 10 groups one day and PERC has more than 10, we only use scores from the top 10 PERC groups for that day. The amount of participants could change per event, but we'd always just use the same amount for each league. Hopefully we can get more than 10.. lol but you never know."

I'd love to try that, Steph! I've been looking forward to some DRUMS vs PERC. I do like that season-long format.

Congrats to the 11 PERC drumlines that represented the league wonderfully at finals, and especially to SDC Drumline on their Division III silver medal!

Next season's tour: the high schools of the top ten groups at the 2016 Bands of America Grand Nationals Finals! The first ten events are at the schools, in a geographically appropriate order, and the championship is at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

What days will those be on? I want to schedule DRUMS events on the same days and use the scores on those day for DRUMS vs PERC.

I schedule PERC a little weird, I feel like. But I guess it boils down to:
Every Sunday (weeks 1 through 5)
Every Thursday (weeks 1 through 4)
Tuesday (week 1 AND week 5)

Sure, you can use the same venues if you really want to. What if you did the same venues, but instead of starting in Cedar Park you started at Tarpon Springs and did a different order?

I've been playing a lot of Guitar Hero recently and I felt like integrating some world-famous concert venues and cities into the schedule. Lets just say that drill won't seem nearly as important to the audience at these events, but trust me, the judges will still notice! ;)

The first "set" of events are up for season 61. I wanted to start out with a one-per-week schedule, but if it becomes apparent that more league events are needed, then I will add more.
