All of my groups are in the hunt for Top 5 spots in D3. It's my first full season and I feel like I'm making progress. In terms of how I'm actually doing, I don't know since I'm still pretty much a rookie compared to some of yall that have been here for like a decade. I'm pleased. I will keep grinding and hope I become a contender at some point.

My only group, my drum corps, is placed 2nd for D3. I'm quite satisfied, because I don't see any way I can overtake legacy cadets at this point (5 points behind). Silver on my first full season is good enough for me. But there's still half the season left...

I feel like I'm not doing as well as everyone else is in Division 1. I feel like I'm only gaining a point every 2 or 3 days while it appears some groups are gaining a point or two every other day.

3-5 D1 Marching Band is a bloodbath

I’m pretty satisfied! Aiming for a Top 5 D1 finish in drum corps this season.
There’s plenty of exciting competition and plenty of really good organizations so it’s gonna be tricky!

I’m happy with how things are going so far, especially for my band. Definitely wasn’t expecting to be doing as well as I am after dropping back down to DII

With the last day of competition before championships, how do you feel about your groups? Finals predictions?

Not where I want to be but I started a week late and I am not waking myself up at night to push buttons.

Heh. 3rd place D1 is highly respectable, just not one of your 100 point years.

Doing much better score-wise than last season, so thats definitely an improvement and I cant complain about my placements!

Yep! Looking forward to next season, happy with my placement. The members are hungry for medals.

I'm so excited to see how S110 will play out, after both my guard and band did phenomenal this season. My D1 guard maxed out in Equipment, while also getting the highest score in its history (96.020), which was both a first for the group. My band got 10th in D1 however they did snatch bronze in Music Winds & Visual Performance!

Also forgot to mention that when a Division 1 Guard places 8th with a freaking 96.... Guard is incredibly stacked.
