bloom
Repertoire
1. starting seeds
starts plain with ambient and calm music. a bud is formed. lots of little 'sparkle' textures from high instruments. Woodwind chamber group solo to pull it all together. Overall, it's a very plain and calm movement with a theme of the color green.
2. budding, growing
the bud grows, pops of color begin to appear. More brass joins in, drill begins to get more complex and drives faster and faster until the bud can bloom.
3. in full bloom
the flower is in full bloom and pops of color are everywhere, guard changes flags to vibrant colors. The music slows down for impact and there's lots of layering and swelling and growing.
