Harkening back to the days of the St. Paul Scouts and the St. Croix Rivermen, the great city of St. Paul, being ever inclusive of its twin across the river, is pleased to bring back junior drum and bugle corps to the state of Minnesota. Inspired by the DCI Minnesota shows the past few years, a group of corps alumni got together and began holding auditions for a winterguard (Phantasm) and drumline (TC Machine) and began fielding a full-fledged corps with the goal of building a sustainable program to division I status. The corps performed in their first ever prelims in season 19, and in their second season, 20, earned a Division III Bronze! In their third season, 21, they moved up to Division II and won Silver! In season 22 they finished strong and won Silver again! With their continued success, in season 23 they moved into their ultimate goal, DIVISION I! They took this opportunity to spend a couple seasons sacrificing placement for longterm success, devoting much of their time to fundraising and building an already solid fanbase. But this season The Titans are ready to rock!
