Phantasm is the winter colorguard portion of the Twin Cities Titans drum and bugle corps. They competed in their first ever prelims in season 19 and finished in the top half of all Division III Colorguards. Building on that momentum into Season 20, they won the Gold in only their second year of competition! Not to be outdone, in Season 21, they took the difficult task of moving up to Division II and winning Gold again! Phantasm finally then moved into Division I! While they were very proud of this achievement, the parent organization, Twin Cities Titans, took the move to Division I for all its groups to spend a couple seasons sacrificing placement for longterm success, devoting much of their time to fundraising and building an already solid fanbase. But this season Phanstasm is ready to rock!
