The South Orlando High School Marching Hornets are a 2nd year marching group under the Direction of Tyler Miller and Assistant Band Director John Mackinac. The South Orlando High School Marching Hornets are a 2nd year member in the ENCORE! Marching League! The South Orlando High School Marching Hornets finished 2nd overall in the Encore! Championships and Finish 4th overall in the Marching band finals for season 56. Congratulations!!!

In addition, we would like to welcome The Orlando Stars a Second year Drum and Bugle Corp and CLASS League member located in Orlando, Florida under the Direction of Tyler Miller and Assistant Band Director John Makinac. The Orlando Stars finished 2nd overall at the Season 56 CLASS Championships and finished 5th overall at the Drum Corp Finals. Congratulations!!!

In addition, The South Orlando High School Color Guard (Winter Guard) is in its second year and a second year member for the FLAG League. The South Orlando High School Color Guard is under the Direction of Tyler Miller and Assistant Directors John Makinac and Melissa Jones. The South Orlando High School Color Guard finished 2nd overall in the FLAG Championships in season 56 and finished 5th overall in the Color Guard Finals.


The 24k Drumline is under the Direction of Tyler Miller. 24K is located in Orlando, Florida. This group is in its 2nd year. This group is open only to The South Orlando High School Marching Hornets! 24k is a member of the PERC League. 24k finished 3rd overall in D3 at the PERC Championships and finished 5th overall in D3 at the Drumline Finals for season 56
