Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to historic New Carlisle, Indiana for the 13th Annual CARNIVAL OF BANDS series! This year we are proud to be running at full capacity! We are accepting as many ensembles as we possibly can! We are excited to welcome ALL performers here and hope to build the largest invitational this side of the Mississippi.
