I'm at about the same difficulty with all my groups. But, most of my staff is getting close to maxed.

I maxed out my difficulty. . . That's probably why I'm in D1. lol

The nice thing is I'm used to my groups getting off to slow starts, so as long as our scores are comparable to last years early scores we should be fine. Our goal this season is to surpass our Season 9 scores, so Sunday should be interesting to find out where we are!

Last season was the revitalization of my Drum Corps, and it was genuinely the first time I was actively involved since the midway point of Season 2 (School and Rehersal took up most of my time, giving me like 1-2 rehersals a day). This season should be exciting, because I'm about halfway to the total caption points as I was last year, and I have the same difficulty settings to my show. I just hope that Band Camp won't destroy my chances at Div. II Finals. However, I'm planning to take 1 to 2 seasons off, to focus on school work (and the show, of course) during the Marching Band season, but then coming back after its over.

make sure to keep mildly active and not take off--dont even schedule shows or anything but fund raise!

As far as being aggressive with difficulty goes, I'd rather push the limits and see what happens. Still not sure if that has worked or not yet, because this is the first time I've pushed it this hard. But it's also the first time I've had the staff and bonus points for auditions. Looking forward to finding out!

Woah, I'm 4th overall! =D This has NEVER happened! I'm pumped!!!!

Wow that was rough... wasn't expecting to be in 30th overall. At least we know where we stand now.

4th at the South Regional and 8th overall. Not bad for shaking off the dust. Time to build momentum and beat out some corps.
