S&R was an independent exhibition guard until 2014, when they joined the FMA circuit with the Colonial Association of Guards. After 2 decent seasons with CAoG in D3, Spin and Rinse moved to the budding guard league FLAG. Spin and Rinse scored their first 80 and made finals during season 43.
