I've been looking for a league for my marching band, and I think FBOA is the best fit. Season 40 will only be my second, but I would like to join.

Sorry about that. It was decided last season when this event started that the chosen date would be the Friday of week 4. I see that this date isn't working.

FBOA is having a great season with what looks to be 5 maybe 6 corps in Division 1 with Marching Knights poised to grab another gold and 2 corps in Division 2 with a solid medal contender! Great job guys!

I have decided after much thought and discussion that this will be the final season of FBOA. over the last several seasons the presidents position has been inconsistent and with desires to increase action,shows and reviews at class, I do not feel it feasible to continue playing the role of director here. When FBOA started it was needed to get a group like CLASS going in the marching band world. Now with so many great organization it is not as needed. I will work to secure a merger with another great league to assist in the transition in all those interested after this season, but will not host a finals or shows after season 44. Thank you to all members for your years of dedication and best of luck! We've had a great run!

Its official! We have been accepted to move to BRAVO! we strongly encourage band directors to make the move through this season or upon the conclusion of the season. I am staying here to finish out what I started but after that, there will be no FBOA. AGAIN thank you for members for the many seasons of great rivalry and competition! We certainly have many accomplishments and trophys to be proud of!

This is a reminder to all FBOA band members that FBOA will cease to be in existance after this season. we suggest you contact BRAVO or the league of your choice to set up transfer. I believe even if you leave the league now, but were in FBOA Championship that it would remain on your schedule and we will still consider you FBOA eligible for the season.

Reminder... today is the last day of FBOA! Congrats to all of our final finalists and thanks for making our last one memorable! After finals I will begin revoking memberships and then you are free to submit requests to new leagues! I hope to see you all at BRAVO!
