As the initial marching rhythm hits a sharp cutoff, a tense silence blankets the stadium. The announcer’s voice cuts through the anticipation, projecting a dominant message over the main loudspeakers:Announcer: "Ladies and gentlemen! They thought they were ready for the storm, but the forecast just changed! From the home of the Jukebox, Southern University is about to blow the roof off this stadium!"On that final cue, the entire ensemble lets out a fierce, unified shout: "We Here!" They instantly snap into a synchronized, wide-stance body roll. The brass section unleashes an earth-shaking, multi-part harmonic fanfare, sending a massive wall of sound directly into the student section. The tubas dominate the baseline with aggressive, rhythmic horn pumps, driving the home crowd into an immediate frenzy.The marching horn players execute a rapid, diagonal pass-through drill, clearing a massive circular stage at the exact center of the fifty-yard line.
