no it wouldn't. Before him the women's team has never even made it past the first round in the NCAA tournament (only had 10 appearances since 75) and since hes been here since 07 hes taken us to two national champ title games and 3 other appearances in NCAA. Just because we lose to UCONN a fourth time he wont ever be fired or demoted for that we still only lost to two teams all season and its been the best season in school history for the womens team. PLUS lol he brings in loads of fans and makes a lot of money for the school
