I hate this stupid guard system. I went from leading all season to not even getting a medal. I didn't get a single medal this season after being top 3 all season in every circuit.

How exactly should I treat events labelled as invitationals for this? Not to apply unless informed to do so?

just a common title i would say

for example the CLASS Macys Thanksgiving INvitational---all CLASS corps should consider themselves invited, after all they are the elite of FMA!

Accidentally left my ticket price at 5 for my drumline show this season. No money for me!

Aren't all FMA ensembles "Class" groups. It is sad that "Class" feels it necessary to elevate only certain ensembles to the level of being "Classy".

So it appears if you don't rehearse, people don't attend your shows. I barely made enough money to fund new competitions this season. For some reason, people didn't buy tickets even though my strategy was no different. Regardless, I have already cracked the best strategy and you are doomed, even if I am currently poor :)

thought I'd share the updated league announcement page--some interesting info--especially for those leagues who like to watch our forums and claim they are starting to knock us off the thrown...

Congratulations to Bluecoats on another WORLD TITLE in Season 38! This brings CLASS to an INCREDIBLE 11World Championships in a row! Also congrats to Carolina Royals for yet another Silver Medal. In those same 11 seasons, Carolina Royals are the only corps to win a medal in each of them! Clearly their dominance of the activity has not ended! 5 other CLASS corps had excellent finals performances, keeping CLASS at the top of the activity, they are: Corps IBEX (4), Nemesis (5), Leviathan (7), Swiss Regiment (8) and Lexington Legends (9). The last 9 seasons, CLASS has had MORE THAN HALF the finalists in Division 1!

In Division II Devil Crusaders have proven to be a GREAT new CLASS corps taking the bronze medal!

Beyond these great scores and awards, CLASS continues to have the most active forum and membership and remains focused on their ideal of making the Fantasy Marching Arts the best it can be for all participants and audiences everywhere!

I think (*think, not know) that my groups might be able to compete for Medals again this season. Finally jumped on the smart phone train (welcome to 2009, right?) and now don't have to wait twelve hours between submissions any longer. My schedule has been brutal recently but things just got a whole lot easier!

NICE! with you "back in the game" (as if youve done badly LOL) the top is going to be even more competitive!

Three days in I am finally back in the regiment of NOT missing time so we shall see!
