I, as Mrsromo knows, intend to join FLAG after this season. I have am obligated to finish out season 41 with ROTC due to being in several events already. I would like to consider myself as part of the league though, and be able to take part in discussions.

Absolutely, Kopar! You are more than welcome to participate in our forum, and share any ideas etc you may have. Can't wait for you to be an official FLAG, but best of luck this season.

We are currently at 8 groups (9 next season ;)). I will be creating a championship event in the next few days for March 10. If you already have event that day, it's okay (let me know) but try to keep it available. :) I'm just trying to get a better idea of how many people we may have. I might just plan a 15 group championship and expand from there. Thoughts?

Edited to add: I went ahead a created a championship event on March 10th. That way people can start applying and the league can earn money. It's a 15 group limit, so only the first 15 groups can apply. I didn't want to spend all the league money up front. ;)

Go apply to FLAG Championships on March 10th. It's first come, first served for the first 15 groups.

I have a competition on Feb 8 if anyone is interested. I've got most of my schedule filled, but I'll try to find your contests!

Be sure to apply for the first annual FLAG Championship on March 10th! I'd like to have as many of us as possible!

We have had several new members join us who are hosting competitions this season. I have currently added everyone's contests to the league calendar. If you are looking to fill out our schedule, be sure to check out the calendar and support your league-mates. I've actually applied to each persons contest so far this season. If your schedule allows you to, consider doing that as well!

Also is there another date mid season that would be good to host a contest?

MrsRomo, I'm pretty open on my schedule. I don't like filling it in the first week in case people would like for me to join their contests. Most leagues seem to host their contests on the first day of each week it looks like. What if you kept that in mind for future contests?

I have a show on Feb 26 for anyone wanting to join. It's the 3rd Annual 18 Red Indoor Competition (Guard and Drumline Joint). 14 open guard spots, and 11 open drumline spots.
