Zombie that 1.4 penalty almost gave me a heart attack! But CROSSMEN ARE IN THE BIG DANCE!

We got the 1.4 penalty for going over the alloted time. (Synth problem beforehand had to be fixed on field.) It was the single most terrifying moment of my life thus far... but we still made finals (by 0.075 with penalty) and would have tied Blue Stars. Whew, I could use a nap :P

I knew that delay mus have been the issue! I'm like screw it go without it lol but you guys were amazing! Take Blue Stars at finals!

Yes, congratulations on making it to finals. If I were in a DCI corps and I heard we had gotten penalized, I would have certainly had a heart attack then and there.

Nemesis and CLASS would like to congratulate felow Knight Org and CLASS member corps THE KNIGHTS for taking another DCPI World Title! By the slimmest of margins they snuck by a tie for silver to win GOLD tonight! Earlier in the week Knight Org and CLASS corps, Les Blanc Chevalier won an Open Class title and Cape Cod Regiment got a silver in Class A! Knight Org and CLASS dominated the weak!

In other news Crossmen had a fantastic show almost moving up a spot (they should have) while Crown got totally ripped off!

Just chiming in on the DCI season. Phenomenal

This DCI season was absolutely amazing. I am still sad that Crown lost, their show was absolutely spectacular, but the Blue Devils also had an amazing show. Oh, and I was so happy to see the Bluecoats medal again. They definitely deserved it.

how is Leviathan still in top 12? I have campaigns turned on full blast!

I don't know if my groups can catch up to a Medal spot, but I think we will have a say in the matter even if we come up short.

Even better, I still think I'm on pace for a 99. I've been comparing my score gains with similar groups using similar strategy and the numbers look good. I just have to make sure real life marching band doesn't derail me. Jobs can be pesky!

Time to start in week three. Think I can medal? Also, thanks to all for the kind words, most definitely going to march again next year. And only now am I starting to dream about drum corps, didn't have a drum corps dream once during tour. Is that odd?

Not sure if it's odd but I remember a guy who physically marched in his sleep (during floor time) on tour.

My girlfriend claimed that I marched in my sleep the night after a major competition.

Congrats Crossmen guy! I enjoyed the show all season.

Also, The Ragin Cajuns should be back next season, I was out writing for DCI the last couple of weeks, so I decided just to fundraise. Now that the fun is over, I'll be back.
