Yeah I always use my points. Idk I never leave points unless I am timing it with the amount of energy I need to use at certain times based on the energy costs.

Yeah IO maxed energy at 2 am and forgot to rehearse at 1 am so I missed a fdul rotation of energy basically so I think you're probably good.
